Arthur Bennett

–          Arthur Frederick Bennett III, 50, 6000 E. Free Soil Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Feb. 11 by MSP for failure to comply with reporting duties, sex offender, habitual offender fourth offense. Bennett has two previous sex offender convictions: April 14, 1990 in 51^st Circuit Court for criminal sexual conduct third degree and March 4, 1986 in 19^th Circuit Court for CSC fourth degree. He is held in the Mason County Jail unless $5,000 bond was posted. A preliminary examination in 79^th District Court is scheduled for April 10, 11:15 a.m.

–          Stanley Douglas Kruk, 55, 1846 E. U.S. 10, Custer, was arrested March 27 by MSP for OUIL, third offense. Bond was set at 10% of $7,500. Pre: April 10, 11:15 a.m.

–          Corrie Lynn Cook, 35, 711 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested March 30 by LPD for controlled substance, second offense and disorderly/prowling. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: April 10, 11:15 a.m.

–          John Henry Bloom, Jr., 34, 809 Ramsdell St., Manistee, was arrested March 28 by MCSD for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $2,500; Pre: April 15, 10:15 a.m.

–          Timothy Carl Taylor, 33, 5330 Mustang, Fountain, was arrested March 28 by MCSD for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% of $5,000; pre: April 29, 10 a.m.

–          Larry Robert Mott, 62, 5667 Brookwood Place, Ludington, was arrested March 31 by MCSD for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% of $5,000; pre: May 6, 9:30 a.m.

–          Eric Lee Gilchrist, 33, 3502 Westhaven Dr., Amarillo, Texas, was arrested April 1 by SPD for OUIL. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: April 29, 9:15 a.m.

–          Timothy Wayne Gonyon, 53, 773 Bacon Mill Rd., Beulah, was arrested March 31 by MSP for assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and driving while license suspended. Bond, 10% of $5,000; pre: April 10, 11:15 a.m.

–           John Joseph King, 75, 58 S. Carroll, Pentwater, was arrested March 29 by MSP for OUIL. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: May 6, 9:45 a.m.

–          Jeri Lynn Talmadge, 52, 508 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested March 29 by LPD for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: April 15, 11:30 a.m.

–  Wade Benjamin Gleason, 26, 2315 N. 128^th Ave., Hart, arrested on March 29 by MCSD for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $5,000; pre: April 8, 1:15 p.m.

– Delcine Ann Tacktor, 51, 505 N. Washington Ave., April 13, Ludington, was arrested April 2 by LPD for OUIL. Bond, 10% of $2,500; pre: May 6, 9:15 a.m.

– Ernest Michael Hernandez, 41, 4455 W. Hansen Rd., Ludington, was arrested March 14 by LPD for driving while license suspended. Bond, personal, $1,500; pre: April 22, 10 a.m.

– Raymond Harold Snay, Jr., 46, 107 1/2 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested April 3 by LPD for controlled substance second offense. Bond, $5,000; pre: April 17, 11:15 a.m.
