Spartan News is a presentation of Mason County Central Schools in partnership with Mason County Press. 

SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central Upper Elementary Principal Kevin Kimes is passionate about teaching his students the value of standing up to bullies. Every year Kimes, and other members of the Upper Elementary staff, hold an assembly for the third, fourth, and fifth grade students, teaching them why bullying is wrong and how one person can help intervene against bullies.
