79th District Court sentencings, posted June 17, 2021.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Taylor Alexandra Guevara, 25, of 13 N. Hancock St., Pentwater, pleaded guilty June 15 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for six days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must have a substance abuse evaluation; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $1,095 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of having a blood alcohol level of .17 or higher, transporting an open intoxicant in motor vehicle and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) were dismissed.
-Thayne Davide Patterson, 35, of 814 St. Catherine St., Ludington, pleaded guilty June 15 to larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to pay $459.41 in fines/costs/restitution. A charge of third degree retail fraud was dismissed.
-Jesus Reyes, Jr., 26, of 813 E. Filer St., Ludington, pleaded guilty June 15 to OWI and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; must attend counseling; and $895 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
-Anthony Craig Kellams, 59, of 2931 W. Johnson Rd., Amber Township, pleaded guilty June 15 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend counseling; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $895 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
-Tommie Lee Green, 46, of 1690 Sprindale Rd., Thompsonville, pleaded guilty June 15 to operating a vehicle without a license and was sentenced to pay $235 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. Charges of driving while license suspended and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle were dismissed.
