LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Holden

-Lori Ann Holden, 42, of 7065 N. Dennis Rd., Grant Township, was arrested Feb. 28 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). She also faces charges stemming from May 8 arrest by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: June 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Garenhire

-Isiah G. Garenhire, 40, of 4173 S. Isabella Rd., Mt. Pleasant, was arrested May 27 by MCSO on a felony charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim between age 13-17). Probable cause hearing: June 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Walker

-Devehance Joqui Walker, 26, of 2136 W. Charles St., Baldwin, was arrested April 14 by MSP on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). He also faces charge stemming from an April 24 arrested by SSCENT on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: June 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Smith

-Crandal Lee Smith, 57, of 5405 W. Rasmussen Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Oct. 18, 2020 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (analogues) and second offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: June 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $100 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Jennifer Lynn White, 41, of 1348 Crooks St., Green Bay, Wisconsin; May 30; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of more than .17. Pretrial: July 12 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.
