79th District Court sentencings, posted Feb. 19, 2021.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Thomas Richard Massey, 34, of 410 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to public intoxication and was sentenced to 45 days in jail; outpatient treatment; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and must attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) twice a week for one year. His jail time is concurrent with time imposed in another matter, and he will be given a jail credit for time already served, his court file states.
-Aubrey Lynn Douglas, 31, of 3232 Roosevelt Rd., Apt. Z6, Muskegon, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to giving false information to a police officer and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).
-Sean Michael Herbert, 37, of 3884 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to breaking and entering and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $310 in fines/costs. A charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
-Krista Michele Rodriguez, 44, of 9115 E. Maple St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Jan. 19 to allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs. Charges of DWLS and improper license plates were dismissed.
-Lucas Joseph Cady, 39, of 6724 Clays Dr., Fountain, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to taking an animal outside of hours/season and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; hunting privileges suspended for the remainder of this year plus three years; and $1,310 in fines and costs. One count of failure to validate a deer tag was dismissed.
-Sandra Kay Freeman, 51, of 11359 Kisstler Ave., Allendale, Michigan, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to operating without a license on person and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $285 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
-Brian Edward Hibbard, 31, of 1209 23rd St., Manistee, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to improper license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $285 in fines and costs.
Dismissal
-Orville Joseph Simmons, 48, of 5988 W. 6th St., Ludington, one count of trespassing was dismissed Feb. 9.
