79th District Court sentencings, posted Jan. 22, 2021.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Autumn Marie Ross, 32, of 305 E. Broadway, Apt. B, Scottville, pleaded guilty Jan. 19 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; must attend Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $870 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS). A charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and operating a vehicle without insurance were dismissed.
-Andrew Michael Desmarais, 33, of 99 Ivan St., Victory Township, pleaded guilty Jan. 19 to breaking and entering a vehicle and was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 28 days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana/controlled substances; subject to random PBTs; and $595 in fines/costs. Two additional counts of breaking and entering a vehicle were dismissed.
