The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Felonies
-Andrew Robert Bates, 30, of 1761 E. 56th St., Chase, was arrested Nov. 13 by State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 20 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Aubrey Lynn Douglas, 31, of 9587 Walsh Rd., Montague; Jan. 7; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); driving while license suspended (DWLS) and giving false information to a police officer. Pretrial: Jan. 25 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.
-Wesley Donald Hackert, 35, homeless; Jan. 4; Ludington Police Department (LPD); trespassing. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.
-Michael Alan Dittmer, 28, of 2928 E. Kinney Rd., Riverton Township; Jan. 3; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Matthew Joseph Beach, 30, of 65 High Country Rd., Weaverville, NC; Dec. 30; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $100 cash.
