Home invasion charges top recent arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Huck-Chadwick

-Laura Marie Huck-Chadwick, 38, of 916 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 12 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of first-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 23 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Lopez

Raquel Angela Lopez, 28, of 179 N. Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Dec. 10 by The State’s, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Dec. 23 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Conkright

-Bailey Ann Conkright, 23, of 1341 South St., Dansville, was arrested Dec. 17 by Michigan State Police on a felony charge of uttering and publishing. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Bryan James Prachar, 38, of 807 S. Madison St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Dec. 16; Ludington Police Department (LPD); second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Julie Ann Prachar, 48, of 807 S. Madison St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Dec. 10; LPD; second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Andrew Michael Desmarais, 32, of 99 Ivan St., Victory Township; Dec. 15; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); three counts of breaking and entering to a vehicle. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Haley Michelle Skaggs, 21, of 307 Fifth St., Apt. 4, Manistee; Dec. 15; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kimberly Ann Iteen, 52, of 403 Johnson St., Hart; Dec. 13; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
