Arraignments: Criminal sexual conduct involving a child, safe breaking among arrests this week

LUDINGTON – A 40-year-old RivertonTownship man was arrested this week for criminal sexual conduct in an incident involving an 8-year-old boy. Another man was arrested for safe breaking. Details of their arraignments and other arraignments in front of the magistrate in 79^thDsitrict Court this week are as follows:

Felonies:

–         Robert James Miller, 40, 4964 S. Stiles Rd., Riverton Twp., was arrested March 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Dept. for criminal sexual conduct second degree and habitual offender. He was arrested following an incident involving an 8-year-old boy. Bond was set at $50,000. A pre-trial court date was set for March 27 at 11:15 a.m. He faces up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.

–         Kaine Alexander Linstrom, 17, 418 N. Ferry St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 20 by Ludington Police Dept. for safe breaking. Bond, cash at $50,000 bail. Pre-trial: March 27, 11:15 a.m.

–         Daniel Mark Woodworth, 52, 143 N. Jebavy Dr., PereMarquetteTownship, was arrested Feb. 25 by Michigan State Police for sex offender failing to register. Bond was set at cash/surety for $7,500 bail. Pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 20, 11:15 a.m.

–         Matthew David Giles, 24, 210 Country Club Dr., Whitehall, was arrested March 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Dept.  for operating a vehicle while intoxicated third offense and driving while license suspended. Bond, 10% of $7,500 bail. Pre: March 20, 11:15 a.m.

–         Wade Benjamin Gleason, 26, 103 E. First St., Ludington, was arrested March 12 by Ludington Police Dept. for assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Bond, 10% deposit of $5,000 bail. Pre: March 27, 11:15 a.m.

Misdemeanors:

–         Wade Benjamin Gleason, 26, was arrested March 6 by Ludington Police Department for retail fraud third degree. He was released on 10% deposit of full bail of $2,500. A pre-trial date was set for March 18 at 2:30 p.m.

–         Shawn Michael Babcock, 35, 1218 S. Madison Ave., Apt. 5, Ludington, was arrested March 3 by LPD for assault and battery. Bond, personal for $2,500 bail. Pre: March 25, 10 a.m.

–         Adam Michael Howell, 22, 5525 W. Johnson Rd., PereMarquetteTownship, was arrested March 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Department for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% for $2,500 bail. Pre: April 8 at 9:45 a.m.

–         Zachary Benjamin Avery, 23, 1340 Broadway Ave. NW, Apt. 2, Grand Rapids, was arrested March 8 by LPD for indecent exposure. Bond, 10% of $2,500 bail. Pre: March 18, 3 p.m.

–         Hayden Greiner Chapman, 18, 721 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested March 9 by LPD for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% for $2,500 bail. Pre: April 8, 9:15 a.m.

–         Henry Clayton-Leroy Williams, 35, 543 S. Walhalla Rd., Walhalla, was arrested March 9 by Michigan State Police for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $2,500 bail. Pre: March 25, 3:15 a.m.

–         Jose Juan Moran-Escobar, 38, 6612 Linden St., HamlinTownship, was arrested March 9 by MSP for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $2,500 bail. Pre: April 1, 10:15 a.m.

–         Damian Michael Wilder, 26, 109 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested March 9 by LPD for aggravated assault. Bond, 10% at $3,500 bail. Pre: April 1, 1:30 p.m.

–         Sierra Lyn Trivisonno, 22, 109 E. Broadway St., Scottville, was arrested March 12 by Scottville Police Dept. for assault and battery. Bond, 10% for $2,500 bail. Pre: April 8, 1:30 p.m.

–         Jordan Donald Stark, 17, 5135 W. Rasmussen Rd., Pere Marquette Twp., was arrested March 12 by MCSD for domestic violence. Bond, 10% of $2,500 bail. Pre: April 8, 1:45 p.m.

–         Tony John Yeager, 30, 914 Lawn Court, Muskegon, was arrested March 10 by MCSD for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond, 10% for $2,500 bail. Pre: April 8, 10 a.m.
