LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Little

-Jeffrey Jacob Alan Little, 27, of 7579 W. Six Mile Rd., Irons, was arrested August 3 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety. Read related story here.

Horsley

-Danyel Rebecca Horsley, 32, no address listed, was arrested July 30 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Read related story here.

-Margaret Ann Sweet, 63, of 303 E. Fifth St., Ludington, was arrested March 3 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Obed Isiah Gaytan, 22, homeless; Aug. 3; LPD; public intoxication. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Raymond Paul Stacey, II, 20, homeless; July 30; LPD; malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Brent Alexander Swain, 23, of 2429 High St., Custer; Aug. 3; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Andres Cantu, 57, homeless; Aug. 2; LPD; public intoxication. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jenna Dianne Myers, 26, of 1245 N. Lasalle Rd., Amber Township; July 29; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Shelby Maxine Stimes, 24, of 710 E. Main St., Apt. 6, Hart; June 24; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Daryl Wayne Pierce, 31, of 5713 Deerfield St., Portage; July 4; MCSO; reckless driving. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Todd Andrew Gerardot, 33, of 99 W. Forest Trail Rd., Grant Township; July 31; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 2 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Amy Marie Sherman, 40, of 9654 S. Wildwood Blvd., Baldwin; Dec. 1, 2019; arrested by probation officer; malicious use of telecommunications device. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Darcia Marie Brooks, 21, of 926 S. Dennis Rd., Amber Township; Apr. 28; LPD; assault and battery and disturbing the peace. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Steven Robert Gray, 61, of 225 Ludington Ave., Ludington; Aug. 2; LPD; disorderly person fighting. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $100 cash.

-Fred Ratliff, 50, of 1619 W. First St., Scottville; June 26; MCSO; littering. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
