LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Mitchell

-Christian Lee Mitchell, 29, of 508 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested July 24 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Smith

-Natasha Sutherland Smith, 31, of 2839 Calypso Ln., Holt, was arrested July 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on three felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Cordes

-Joseph Gerard Cordes, 55, of 5857 N. Benson Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested July 25 by MCSO on a felony charge of assault by strangulation. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Newman

-Kylie Jane Newman, 19, of 1963 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested July 29 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Roberts

-Miles David Isiah Roberts, 28, of 184 N. Gordon Rd., Amber Township, was arrested July 25 by MCSO on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Villarreal

-Roland Jesse Villarreal, 47, of 304 Fifth St., Ludington, was arrested July 23 by LPD on a felony charge of third-offense OUIL. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Strong

-Danika Rayne Strong, 31, of 17377 Vuk Rd., L’Anse, was arrested July 23 by LPD on a felony charge of unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Troy Albert Williamson, 51, of 207 N. Harrison St., Ludington; July 25; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: July 29 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Robert Anthony Pierce, 23, of 102 E. Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington; July 25; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Christine Ann Day, 28, of 6537 Glenn Ln., Sheridan Township; July 24; MCSO; receiving and concealing stolen property. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Patricia Jo-Ann Warren, 59, of 6619 White Rd., Muskegon; April 12; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Joshua John Verhoeven, 24, of 216 E. Danaher St., Ludington; March 11; LPD; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Christine Marie Stafford, 37, of 180 Levitt Rd., Walkerville; March 21; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jonathan Fernando Lopez, 21, of 304 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington; July 29; LPD; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Cassandra Marie Kline-Flores, 22, of 219 E. Fifth St., Ludington; July 28; LPD; driving while license not valid. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
