LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Alexander

-Scott David Alexander, 58, of 2233 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested July 12 by MCSO on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 4 p.m. Bail: $7,500 personal recognizance. 

Reyes

-Robert Alan Reyes, 34, of 312 River St., Manistee, was arrested July 10 by the State’s, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (analogues). Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Mareches

-Austin Grant Mareches, 26, of 1008 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested July 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of interfering with an electronic communications device and two counts of second-offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Tarrh

-Lindsey Michelle Tarrh, 35, of 4259 Buchanan Ave. SW, Wyoming, was arrested July 12 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (analogues). Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Ashley Ann Allen, 29, of 7 Park Ave., Apt. B, Manistee; July 9; Michigan State Police (MSP); second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Cody Lee Cormany, 29, of 5133 Ford Lake Rd., Sheridan Township; July 9; MSP; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 9 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Sean Russell Daugherty, 36, of 3624 Forest Hills Cr., Amber Township; July 9; Ludington Police Department (LPD); trespassing. Pretrial: July 13 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Blake Allen Stankowski, 27, of 6417 N. Stiles Rd., Victory Township; July 4; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $250 cash.

-Patrick Fay George, 31, of 7932 E. Anthony Rd., Logan Township; July 14; MSP; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Andrew William Schrubbe, 35, of 524 ½ N. Chestnut, Lansing; July 12; MCSO; reckless driving. Pretrial: July 20 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Curt Douglas York, 49, of 202 Danaher St., Ludington; July 12; LPD; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Rex Allen Munn, 53, of 706 Dexter St., Ludington; July 15; LPD; attempted assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Randolph Dean Cunic, 65, of 6714 Blank Rd., Whitehall; July 2; LPD; possession of a firearm while under the influence. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Samantha Nadine McGraw, 19, of 5039 Snowmass, Allendale: May 1, MCSO; breaking and entering and recreational trespassing. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Alicia Lynne McCarthy, 38, 5417 N. Budzynski Rd., Sheridan Township; June 12; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Elannah Rylee Lynn, 20, of 6292 W. Russell Rd., Pere Marquette Township; Dec. 14; MSP; two counts of malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Laura Lynne Keeley, 54, of 401 E. State St., Apt. 3, Scottville; Mar. 28; MCSO; breaking and entering. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Jennifer Ann Jenkins, 50, of 210 Fourth St., Ludington; Mar. 24; MSP; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Tiah Rose Hekkema, 23, of 3060 Maple Grove Rd., #327, Muskegon; Jan. 4; MCSO; embezzlement. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Ronny Warren Bentz, 67, of 210 Fourth St., Ludington; Mar. 9; MSP; larceny less than $500 and using a controlled substance. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Melissa Lee Hargain, 38, of 209 E. Broadway St., Scottville; Mar. 18; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
