Arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following people were arraigned this past week in 79th District Court.

– Timothy Michael Anderson, 46, 6186 E. Hansen Road, Fountain, was arrested July 31 by the State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for the felony of controlled substance delivery. He was arraigned Feb. 28 and released on personal bond with a bail amount of $5,000. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 13 at 11:15 a.m.
– Gary Wayne Galbraith, 43, 4600 Maple St., Manistee, was arrested March 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Dept., for the felony of operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor, third offense. He posted 10% bond for $10,000 bail. Pre-trial: March 13, 11:15 a.m.
– Derek John Brimmer, 31, 6276 Russell St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Dept. for the misdemeanor of driving while license suspended/revoked. He was released on 10% deposit of $1,500 bail. Pre-trial scheduled for March 18, 11:30 a.m.
– Scott Michael Cooper, 21, 911 E. Pine St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 5 by Ludington Police Dept. for the misdemeanor of operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor. He was released on personal bond with a bail amount of $3,500. Pre-trial: March 19, 3:15 p.m.
– Benjamin Daniel Letts, 35, 303 First St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 3 by LPD for the misdemeanor of domestic violence; released on 10% of $2,500 bail. Pre: March 18, 11:15 a.m.
– Amy Jo Reynolds, 43, 711 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested March 1 by LPD for the misdemeanor of operating while under the influence of alcohol; released on 10% of $2,500 bail. Pre: April 1, 10 a.m.
– Linda Kathleen Smith, 45, 3416 Damon, Chicago, Ill., was arrested March 1 by Michigan State Police for the misdemeanor of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on 10% of $7,500 bail. Pre: March 13, 11:15 a.m.
– Robyn Marie Bednarz, 22, 1027 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was arrested March 2 by LPD for the misdemeanor of domestic violence and was released on 10% bond for $2,500 bail. Pre: April 1 at 10:30 a.m.
– Elrico James Brooks, 34, 648 Griggs St., Grand Rapids, was arrested March 2 by LPD for the misdemeanor of domestic violence, second offense. He was released on 10% of $2,500 bond. Pre: March 18 at 2:15 p.m.
– Karen Ann Wheatley, 26, was arrested March 6 by MCSD for the felony of OUIL, third offense. She posted 10% deposit of $7,500 bail. Pre: March 20, 11:15 a.m.
– Wendy Lou Griffin, 40, 907 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 28 by LPD for the misdemeanor of breaking and entering. She was released on 10% deposit of $1,500 bail. Pre: March 25, 1:45 p.m.
– Joshua Kenneth-Charles Tyndall, 27, 7135 S. Astor Rd., Baldwin, was arrested March 1 by MSP for the misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. He was released on personal bond with $1,500 bail. Pre: April 8, 9:30 a.m.
– Suzanne Marie Tyndall, 51, 6940 W. Jackson Rd., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 12 by MCSD for the misdemeanor of embezzlement. He was arraigned March 7 and released on personal bond with $2,500 bail. Pre: April 1, 10 a.m.
– Lazaro Daniel Madrigal, 31, 101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was arrested March 7 by MSP for the misdemeanor of retail fraud third degree. He was released on personal bond with $2,500 bail. Pre: March 25, 2 p.m.
– Derrick Troy Hill, 29, 211 N. Crosswell, White Cloud, was arrested March 7 by MSP for the misdemeanor of retail fraud third degree. He was released on personal bond with $2,500 bail. Pre: March 18, 2:15 p.m.
