LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Cook

-Corrie Lynn Cook, 42, of 402 E. Court St., Ludington, was arrested March 15 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: March 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500 cash

Martin

-Devin McKay Martin, 19, of 502 E. Danaher St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested March 16 by LPD on a felony charge of resist/oppose causing injury. Probable cause hearing: March 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. 

Sentencings

-Frank De-Maurio Wilson, 51, of 1101 S. Madison St., Ludington, pleased guilty March 18 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; $14.69 in restitution and $505 in fines/costs.
