LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Forner-Lunberg

-Paula Sue Forner-Lundberg, 56, of 6413 Stiles Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested March 6 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor. Probable cause hearing: March 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Kernozek

-Matthew Edward Kernozek, 31, of 922 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 20 by LPD on a felony charge of forgery. Probable cause hearing: March 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Fitch

-Kevin Allan Fitch, 30, of 712 N. Emily St., Ludington, was arrested March 4 by LPD on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: March 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Myers

-Christopher Lee Myers, 33, of 6275 S. Sheridan Dr., Muskegon, was arrested Nov. 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: March 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Ogan

-Jason Michael Ogan, 44, of 107 E. Water St., Ludington, was arrested March 5 by LPD on felony charges of third offense domestic violence and malicious destruction of personal property. Probable cause hearing: March 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
