Home invasion tops 79th District Court arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Schmidt

-Nathan Edward Schmidt, 24, of 112 S. Amber Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Jan. 1 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of first degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Lauer

-Jacob Ellis Lauer, 22, of 3705 W. Anthony Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Dec. 18 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition by a felon and felony firearms. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-William Dale Voss, 68, of 11287 Kingfisher Ct., Holland, was arrested Jan. 2 by MCSO on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Hansen

-Dylan James Hansen, 26, no address listed, was arrested Dec. 31 by MCSO on felony charges of breaking and entering, trespassing and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500 cash/surety.

Pena

-Gabriela Jovita Pena, 24, of 665 N. Ferris St., White Cloud, was arrested Sept. 30 by LPD on a felony charge of maintaining a drug house. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Ruby Jean Castro, 39, of 4725 Kinney Rd., Riverton Township; Jan. 7; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jason Joel Farmer, 31, of 5834 Sixth St., Pere Marquette Township; Jan. 1; MCSO; disorderly drunk person. Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jacob Caine Cornwall, 27, of 6465 W. Forest Edge Dr., Hamlin Township; Jan. 1; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Adrian Aniceto Ramirez, 26, of 31 W. Lowell St., Pentwater; Dec. 31; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Deborah Juanita Krajkiewicz, 58, of 428 E. Wilson Rd., Custer Township; Dec. 18; Michigan State Police (MSP); second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Pamela Jean Cilman, 33, of 202 N. Reinberg Ave., Scottville; Dec. 4; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance. 

-Kylie Jane Newman, 19, of 1963 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township; Jan. 2; MCSO; two counts of domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jaytria Lynn Traeger, 41, of 5724 S. Custer Rd., Eden Township; Jan. 1; MSP; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Domonique Rene Thorns, 29, of 906 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington; Jan. 6; LPD; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Jan. 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
