Ludington man arrested after fleeing police.

LUDINGTON — Cody Robert Patterson, 20, of 216 E. Danaher St., was arrested Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, by Ludington Police Department following an early morning vehicle chase. Patterson allegedly fled police after an officer attempted to pull over his vehicle about 2:16 a.m. near the intersection of Adams and Third streets. He was apprehended after driving his vehicle through a fence at OxyChem.

Patterson was charged with third degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle. Bail was set at 10% of $7,500 with a probable cause hearing set Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office assisted LPD.
