Driver receives minor injuries following rollover crash.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — A 69-year-old Hart woman received minor injuries following a single vehicle crash on southbound US 31 Friday afternoon. The woman was driving a Ford Explorer when her vehicle left the roadway between the Conrad Road overpass and the Pere Marquette Highway offramp. The vehicle then rolled over and landed near the Pere Marquette River marshes on its side, trapping the driver.

Rescue personnel from Pere Marquette Township Fire Department and Ludington Fire Department extricated the driver from the vehicle who was then transported by ambulance to Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital. Personnel from Mason County Sheriff’s Office and Life EMS also responded to the scene.
