The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, Aug. 2, 2019:

– 2:32 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), retail fraud, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A report will be forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office regarding a retail fraud investigation related to a 30-year-old Ludington woman.

– 2:39 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Dennis and Woodview roads, Amber Township.

– 6:07 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle hit-and-run crash, no injury, US 10 east of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

6:55 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 75-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for domestic assault,
Second Street and South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 7:30 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $25 in fuel stolen, Airport EZ Mart, 5400 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 8:10 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 38-year-old Saint John’s, Michigan man was arrested for violating a condition of his bond, US 10 and Stiles Road, Amber Township.

– 8:30 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive and Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019:

– 6:43 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Dewey Road, Sherman Township.

– 8:46 a.m., (MCSO), a 61-year-old Chesaning, Michigan man was arrested for third-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance following a traffic stop, US 10 and Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 11 a.m., (MSP), one-vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

– 11:31 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle hit-and-run crash, no injury, US 10 east of the US 31 on-ramp, Amber Township.

– 2:26 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault, under investigation, 2000 block of West Kistler Road, Riverton Township.

– 5:03 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Sheridan Township.

– 5:05 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 north of US 10, Amber Township.

– 6:41 p.m., (MSP), a 48-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating without insurance, US 31 and Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 11:43 p.m., (LPD), a 51-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for disorderly conduct, 900 block of Seminole Street, City of Ludington.

I am not sure why this one doesn’t show on the event sheet, but it occurred 8/03/2019 @ 23:43 in the 900 block of Seminole.

Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019:

– 1:39 a.m,. (MCSO), a 46-year-old Baldwin man was cited for DWLS following a traffic stop, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

– 8:40 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Hansen and Schoenherr roads, Custer Township.

– 3:43 p.m., (MCSO), retail fraud, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. The case remains under investigation.

– 5:27 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $20 in fuel stolen, Airport EZ Mart, 5400 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 5:35 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Poplar Road, Sherman Township.

– 7:53 p.m,. (MSP), a 60-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving without a license, US 31 and Sugar Grove Road, Sherman Township.

– 9:40 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, M 116 and Lakeshore Drive, Hamlin Township.

– 10:12 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 and Washington Road, Sherman Township.
