LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Sodders

-Hope Elaine Sodders, 28, of 3343 E. Hansen Rd., Custer Township, was arrested July 20 by the Ludington  Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of second-offense controlled substance, controlled substance double penalty and operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: July 31 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000/10 percent.

Dasaro

-Dino Roberto Dasaro, 60, of 7279 E. Catherine Ave., Branch Township, was arrested July 20 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: July 31 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Hasty-Ruschkewicz

-Jordan Lee Hasty-Ruschkewicz, 30, of 210 W. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested July 22 by LPD on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: July 31 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Budreau

-Dayton Mathewe Budreau, 19, of 7095 W. Decker Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested July 18 by LPD on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and second degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: July 31 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Jennings

-Lavelle Jacquin Jennings, 29, of 6480 W. Linden Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested May 22 by State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics). Probable cause hearing: July 25 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Jessica Jean Hernandez, 42, of 120 W. State St., Scottville; June 15; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 12 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kiel Jason Bode, 45, of 4604 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township; July 22; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Robert Martin Vanvuuren, 32, of 4210 N. Forest Ln., Victory Township; July 17; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Aug. 5 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
