Winter Weather Advisory In Effect From 5 AM To 11 PM Est
Friday,

The National Weather Service In Grand Rapids Has Issued A Winter
Weather Advisory For Snow, Which Is In Effect From 5 AM To 11 PM Est Friday.

Hazardous Weather,

* Light Snow Will Develop Toward Daybreak Friday Morning.

* Snow Will Increase In Intensity A Bit Late Friday Morning Along
The Shoreline, And Slowly Spread Inland Friday Afternoon.

* 4 To 6 Inches Of Snow Can Be Expected. Some Locally Higher
Amounts Will Be Possible.

Impacts,

* Visibilities Will Occasionally Drop Below A Mile At Times
During The Day On Friday.

* Some Slippery Spots Will Be Possible For The Morning Commute.

* Roads Will Become Snow Covered And Slippery Through The Day On
Friday, And Will Likely Impact The Evening Commute.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions,

* The Michigan Department Of Transportation Reminds Motorists
To Adjust Speeds Based On The Conditions, And To Take It
Slow In Ice And Snow.
