Arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned in 79th District Court recently:

– Robert Crane Bacon, 67, 2917 E. U.S. 10, Custer Twp., was arrested Jan. 18 by Michigan State Police for embezzlement of $50,000 or more. Bail was set at $15,000 and he was released on a personal bond. Preliminary examination is scheduled for Jan. 30 at 11:15 a.m.
– Daniel John Horowski, 29, 916 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 17 by MSP for retail fraud second degree; bail: $3,500; pre: Feb. 4, 11:30 a.m.
– David Edward Vanzandt, 45, 2649 Chauteu Dr., Muskegon, was arrested Nov. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor; bail: $7,500; pre: Jan. 23, 11:15 a.m.
– Xaviera Clarice Stockwell, 33, 64 S. Michigan Ave., Apt. 108, Shelby, was arrested Jan. 14 by Ludington Police Dept. for the felony of controlled substance possession; bail: $5,000; pre: Jan. 23, 11:15 a.m.
– Joshua Brandt Kjolhede, 35, 6540 Duneview Dr., Hamlin Twp., was arrested by LPD on Jan. 12 for OUIL; bail: $3,500; pre: Feb. 25, 1:30 p.m.
– Sheri Kay Gajeski, 37, 769 Hardwick St. SE, Kentwood, was arrested Jan. 13 by MSP for OUIL; bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 25, 10:30 a.m.
– Joshua William Rohde, 24, 193 S. Gordon Rd., Amber Twp., was arrested Jan. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for OUIL; bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 25, 10:15 a.m.
– Jose Elias Chavez, 20, 309 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 15 by LPD for breaking and entering; bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 4, 3:15 p.m.
– Judith Rae Carstens, 56, 2125 N. U.S. 31, Scottville, was arrested by MCSO Jan. 15 for OUIL; bail: $5,000; Pre: Feb. 25, 1:45 p.m.
– Nicholas Brian Lauterwasser, 20, 25 S. Walhalla Rd., Branch Twp., was arrested Nov. 1 by Scottville Police Dept. on two counts of malicious destruction of property; bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 11, 1:30 p.m.
– Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 20, 1145 Pineway Lane, Ludington was arrested Nov. 5 by Michigan State Police for failure to maintain security; bail: $1,500; Pre: Feb. 4, 11:15 a.m.
– Devanta Gene Young, 18, 907 S. Madison St., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 9 by Ludington Police Dept. for retail fraud third degree; bail: $2,500; pre: Feb. 11, 1:45 p.m.
– Elijah Alexander Shively, 18, 303 E. State St., Scottville, was arrested Nov. 1 by SPD for malicious destruction of property; bail: $1,500; pre: Feb. 4, 3:30 p.m.
– Tonya Marie Sheffield, 29, 410 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 15 by LPD for retail fraud third degree; bail: $2,500; pre: Jan. 28, 3:15 p.m.
– Enrice Domingo Morin, 17, 3897 Yorkland Dr., Apt. 11, Comstock Park, was arrested Oct. 17 by LPD for the felony of arson to property. Bail: $7,500; Pre: Jan. 30, 11:15 a.m.
