Support group for those trying to quit tobacco to meet.

LUDINGTON — Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital and Live Well Mason County are offering a free tobacco support group to anyone interested in quitting tobacco, to those who aren’t quite ready to quit but still want support, or to individuals looking to connect with fellow tobacco users. The free support group meets in a non-pressure atmosphere and provides support, tips, tools and expert advice on how to create a plan to quit tobacco. The group meets September 25, October 9 and October 23 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Lakeshore Resource Network, 920 E. Tinkham Avenue in Ludington.
