LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Brocker

– Jason Daniel Brocker, 46, of 710 E. Loomis St., Ludington was arrested by LPD for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI), a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and a fourth-offense habitual offender notice. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Bentz

– Elecia Judith-Keeley Bentz, 18, of 6139 Outer Loop Dr., Logan Township, was arrested by the Mason County Office (MCSO) for a felony of tampering with an electronic monitoring device and a second-offense habitual offender notice. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Koert

– James Robert Koert, 66, of 16535 Taft, Spring Lake, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of fleeing and eluding and police and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanors of failure to stop for a marine officer and reckless operation of a boat. Preliminary exam: Sept. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Jackson

– Arthur Lee Jackson, 59, of 709 1/2 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a second-offense habitual offender notice. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

– Andrew John LeClaire, 35, of 4446 Cherrywood Court, Muskegon; DNR; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Sept. 17 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– Sue Ellen Parker, 38, of 105 Fourth St., Ludington; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 24 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– Bryce Johnathon Faulkner, 24, of 5281 N. May Rd., Luther; LPD; assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Blake Andrew Barrette, 18, of 105 W. Melendy St., Ludington; LPD; third-offense minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– Kollin Lee Fargo, 20, of 309 E. Fifth St., Ludington; MCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Sept. 10 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.
