LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Vankampen

– Daniel Aaron VanKampen, 28, of 2985 N. Gordon Rd., Victory Township, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Sept. 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/10 percent.

Hathaway

– Tanya Josephena Hathaway, 37, of 402 Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for three felony counts of uttering and publishing. In a separate file, Hathaway is charged with two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Sept. 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

– David Ramone Wilson, 46, of 519 McLaughlin Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by LPD for a felony of second-offense cocaine possession and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. In a separate file, Wilson is charged with assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of property less than $200. Preliminary exam: Sept. 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

– Joseph Jeremiah Marek, 22, of 2585 N. Stiles Rd., Victory Township; Mason County Sheriff”s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– Christopher John Field, 36, of 4621 Washington Rd., Pentwater; MCSO; failure to stop at a personal injury accident. Pretrial: Sept. 10 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Brandon Raymond Kelly, 18, of 27 S. Monroe St., Custer; MCSO; malicious destruction of property (MDOP). Pretrial: Sept. 10 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.

– Dovydas Butkevicious, 23, of 17528 Gilbert Dr., Lockport, Illinois; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Emily Morgan Voorheis, 26, of 741 Canfield, Manistee; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Sept. 24 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kelsey Joe Whitehead, 40, of 407 E. Foster St., Ludington; MSP; disorderly conduct – disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

– Chalene Kay Lopez, 39, no address listed; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Sept. 10 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.
