Counterfeiting coins among recent arraignments

The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Collins

-Melissa Marie Collins, 32, of 1007 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested July 29 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on two felony counts of counterfeiting coins – possession of less than five. Preliminary hearing: August 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Lentz

-Rodney Aaron Lentz, 46, of 100 Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 17, Amber Township, was arrested July 25 by MCSO on felony charges of assault/resisting/obstructing police and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: August 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Ross

-Alan Glenn Ross, 57, of 206 E. Danaher St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested July 29 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and one count of domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: August 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Lilliberg

-Darrick Cole Lilliberg, 22, no address listed, was arrested July 26 by LPD on a felony charge of first-degree home invasion. Preliminary hearing: August 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Samuels

-Nicholas Lee Samuels, 36, of 411 E. Hansen Rd., Custer Township, was arrested July 29 by MCSO for felonious assault and domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: August 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Hect

-Andy Ray Hect, 38, of 502 Brady St., Chesaning, Michigan, was arrested June 24 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Preliminary hearing: August 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Adam Lee Passarelli, 28, no address listed; July 27; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: August 28 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Melissa Rae Vega, 36, of 4744 E. Deer Cove Rd., Eden Township; July 30; MSP; domestic violence. Pretrial: August 28 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Eryn Kathleen Healy, 21, of 105 S. Wildwood Crossing, Apt. 23, Amber Township; July 27; MSP; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: August 28 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Carleen Marie Busse, 76, of 1654 N. Ventura Ln., Tempe, Arizona; July 21; LPD; OWI and operating with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: August 28 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
