Felonies

Granlund

-Erin Nicole Granlund, 19, no address listed, was arrested June 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and possession of analogues. Preliminary hearing: July 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $20,000 cash/surety.

O’Brien

-Patrick David O’Brien, 52, of 3370 Nina Ln., Muskegon, was arrested June 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third-offense habitual offender and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary hearing: July 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Knizacky

-Paul Edward Knizacky, 28, of 710 Prospect Lake Dr., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested June 18 by MCSO on felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearms, second-offense habitual offender and DWLS. Preliminary hearing: July 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.
