The following were recently arraigned by Magistrate Patricia Baker in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

• Tonya Ann Johnson; 35; 205 Second St; Ludington; September 20; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO);  second degree retail fraud (shoplifting).  Pretrial:  October 17 at 9:30 a.m.  Bail:  $7,500/10 percent.
• Amber Ruth Huck; 26; 3840 N. Stiles Rd; Victory Township; September 20; MCSO; third degree retail fraud (shoplifting).  Pretrial:  October 10 at 2 p.m.  Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.
• Jennifer Marie Weber; 37; 6014 E. Decker Rd; Sheridan Township; September 22; Michigan State Police (MSP); third degree retail fraud (shoplifting).  Pretrial:  October 10 at 11:45 a.m.  Bail:  $2,500 personal.
• Tammy Marie Ralston; 50; 514 River St; Owosso; September 19; MSP; domestic violence.  Pretrial:  October 3 at 10 a.m.  Bail:  $2,500 personal.
• Levi Aaron Visger; 29; 2376 W. VanBuren Rd; Hart; September 19; MCSO; possession of marijuana and driving a vehicle while license suspended (DWLS).  Pretrial:  October 10 at 10:45 a.m.  Bail:  $2,500/10 percent.
• Hali Renee Godfrey; 19; 10475 Wheeling Rd; Carp Lake, Michigan; September 22; MCSO; improper transport of medical marijuana.  Pretrial:  October 10 at 2:45 p.m.  Bail:  $2,500 personal.
• Kevin Alan North; 24; 921 W. Beyer Rd; Victory Township, September 20; MSP; operating a vehicle while intoxicated second offense.  Pretrial:  October 31 at 9:30 a.m.  Bail:  $5,000/10 percent.
• Jaramie Edward Jones; 40; 206 Crowley St; Scottville; September 22; MSP; DWLS.  Pretrial:  October 24 at 9:45 a.m.  Bail:  $1,500 personal.
