SHERMAN TOWNSHIP — A 23-year-old Free Soil man was arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s deputies on a six-count probation violation warrant out of Mason County Tuesday, July 26, at 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of East Fountain Road.

• 10:48 a.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $24.73 in fuel stolen, 5400 block of West US 10 — Airport EZ Mart, Pere Marquette Township.

• 11:07 a.m., (LPD), malicious destruction of property, 800 block of North Rowe Street, City of Ludington.
