LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Yeargan

– Tamara DeLynn Yeargan, 46, of 602 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 11 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of conspiracy – possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and conspiracy to commit maintaining a drug house. Probable cause conference: Feb. 24 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Masse

– Russell John Masse, 53, of 602 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 11 by SSCENT for felonies of conspiracy – possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams, conspiracy to commit maintaining a drug house and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause conference: Feb. 24 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Lambrix

– Joseph Wayne Lambrix, 35, of 2526 W. Anthony Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Feb. 9 by SSCENT for felonies of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause conference: Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Troy Gregory Oleson, 41, of 9121 Brookside Dr., Whitmore Lake, Michigan, was arrested Feb. 9 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense domestic violence. Preliminary conference: Feb. 24 at  11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Demarais

– Andrew Michael Demarais, 28, of 14135 Pleasanton Hwy., Bear Lake, was arrested Feb. 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of malicious destruction of fire/police property, along with charges of possession of marijuana and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Feb. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Jacquelyn Marie Koegler, 32, of 9038 E US 10, Branch Township; Feb. 9; Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: March 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Alexander Levi Ellis, 22, of 302 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Feb. 9; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jason Lee Chellis, 33, of 485 Gordon Rd., Amber Township; Feb. 5; MSP; no insurance. Pretrial: March 7 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Robert W. Terrel, 35, of 7275 White Swan Lane, Hamlin Township; Jan. 29; MSP; no insurance. Pretrial: March 7 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Michael Allen Olson, 54, of 1101 S. Madison Ave., Ludington; Feb. 11; MCSO; assault and battery, disturbing the peace and disorderly – drunk. Pretrial: March 7 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
