LUDINGTON — A 34-year-old Westmont, Illinois faces serving seven months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term after pleading guilty to aggravated stalking Tuesday, Feb. 16, in 51st Circuit Court.
Joban Loy Scott also faced a felony count of using a computer to commit a crime, but it was dismissed in a plea agreement.
Scott testified that he stalked a female victim, Dec. 17, in the City of Ludington. His sentence will include a no-contact provision.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 5, at 2:30 p.m.
