Freedom Festival parade entry deadline extended.

LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Jaycees have extended the entry deadline for the 2015 Freedom Festival Grand Parade until Wednesday, June 24, 2015. The Freedom Festival Grand Parade will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at 2 p.m. in downtown Ludington. In the event of inclement weather on July 4, the Freedom Festival Grand Parade will not be rescheduled.

Grand Parade Entry Forms may be obtained by:

• Visiting the Ludington and Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce Office at 5300 West U.S. 10 in Pere Marquette Township.
• Visiting the Ludington City Hall Office at 400 South Harrison Street in Ludington.
• Calling Ludington Area Jaycees Community Development Vice-President Jamie Spore at 231-233-0230

The Ludington Area Jaycees are also seeking additional sponsors for the 2015 Freedom Festival Fireworks Display.
Fireworks display sponsorship forms may be obtained by contacting Spore or emailing with the above listed address. The Freedom Festival fireworks display will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at dusk at Stearns Park Beach in Ludington. In the event of inclement weather on July 4, the fireworks display will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2015.
