Relay for Life kickoff rally.

LUDINGTON – The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Mason County will hold a kickoff rally on Monday, March 2 at the Mason County District Library Ludington branch.

The Relay For Life of Mason County is actually more than four months away. Residents are invited to attend the kickoff celebration to learn more about the upcoming event and how they can become part of an exciting overnight event that will pave the way to a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

The Kick-off meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.  At that time, team captain handbooks and supplies will be distributed.  The theme this 20th year is “Let Hope Take Flight! “

Donations can be made to this local Relay For Life event by visiting www.relayforlife.org/masoncountymi.    Community members also can start or join a team by following the link to their local Relay event.
