79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felony

– Mark Edward Henderson, 35, of 11769 N. Charloon, Manistee, was arrested Jan. 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and three counts of domestic violence. A probable cause hearing is set for Jan. 21 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Jonathan Sherrod Soloman-Jones, 23, of 709 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 7 by LPD for a misdemeanor of aggravated assault – domestic. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

– Brittiny Ann Gibson, 23, of 5784 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 12 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Robert Jeffery Bauer, 56, of 517 E. Chauvez Rd., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Robin Jon Sarres, 57, of 706 N. Emily St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 8 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of student safety zone – residency violation. A pretrial is set for Jan. 26 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Samuel Robert Sagers, 27, of Fountain (no street address listed), was arrested Dec. 17 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Raymond Garrett Wyn, 42, of 7590 Caberfae Hwy., Manistee, was arrested Jan. 8 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Otto Robert Schultz, 77, of 1407 E. US-10, Scottville, was arrested Jan. 8 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Adam Robert Madsen, 31, of 2995 W. Townline Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 11 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Feb. 2 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
