Larceny, sex offender violation among arraignments this week.

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Drake

– Dean Alan Drake, 52, of 205 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 5 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of larceny in a building. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Sweet

– Kenneth Clare Sweet, Jr., 31, of 240 Straight Ave., Grand Rapids, was arrested Sept. 30 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for felonies of sex offender, failure to register; sex offender, failure to comply with reporting duties; and habitual offender, third offense. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Stacy Lynn Mayse, 34, of 3751 E. Decker Rd., Custer, was arrested Sept. 30 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Oct. 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jerry Marvin Milligan, 55, of 5329 N. Bahr Rd., Irons, was arrested Oct. 1 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Oct. 27 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
