79th District Court arraignments include domestic violence felony

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

Fisher

– Casey Michael Fisher, 37, of 939 E. Decker Rd., Scottville, was arrested June 2 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of interfering with electronic communication device and a second count of domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for June 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Zachary Allen Manier, 19, of 1316 W. Osborn Rd., Scottville, was arrested June 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for June 16 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Michael Earl Yager, 24, of 7158 S. Apple Hill Rd., Rothbury, was arrested June 3 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for June 23 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Gregory Alexander Jolly, 21, of 3680 E. First St., Custer, was arrested June 2 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and reckless driving. A pretrial is set for June 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jake Gustave Soller, 23, of 6230 W. Bryant Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of failure to stop or identify. A pretrial is set for June 23 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Mitchell David Johnson, 19, of 5244 W. Decker Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 3 by MCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and minor in possession. A pretrial is set for June 23 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Craig Steven Lindsey, 50, of 671 Powers Ave., NW, Grand Rapids, was arrested May 28 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. A pretrial is set for June at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Brian Donald Stokely, 46, of 4157 N. Sherman, Ludington, was arrested May 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Curtis Lawrence Oomen, 30, of 3589 Manales Rd., Fountain, was arrested May 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 23 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Renee Pauline Lucas, 37, of 7103 N. Darr Rd., Free Soil, was arrested May 28 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Audrey Anna Curran, 22, of 708 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested May 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for June 23 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– James Anthony Pakulak, 63, of 2707 W. Hansen Rd., Ludington, was arrested May 31 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 30 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jacob Lee Brault, 20, of 621 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested May 30 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for June 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
