79th District Court, as of Nov. 13, 2013

LUDINGTON – The following defendants were sentenced this past week in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

–         Travis D. Burzynski, 30, of 7861 E. Navajo Trail, Branch, was found guilty Nov. 7 of open intoxicants in a vehicle/passenger and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs.

–         David James Gwiazdowski, 43, of 802 N. Staffon St., Ludington, pleaded no contest Oct. 29 to two counts of alcohol selling/furnishing to a minor. He was sentenced to two terms of 60 days discretionary jail for one year and $590 in fines and costs. One count of loud noise/loud music/disturbing the peace was dismissed.
