Michael Jankowviak
– Michael Thomas Jankoviak, 25, of 3904 E. Sugar Grover Rd., Custer, was arrested Sept. 22 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of operating while intoxicated, third offense, and driving while license suspended (DWLS). A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
Wayne Lyle
– Wayne Charles Lyle, 71, of 151 S. Wildwood Run, Apt. 7, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 19 by MCSO for a felony of criminal sexual conduct (CSC), first degree, under 13. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety; no contact with victim or females under age 17.
Daniel Whelpley
– Daniel Lee Whelpley, 34, of 3055 N. Dickinson Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Sept. 17 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent; no contact with co-defendants.
Quinton Allen Mosley
– Quinton Allen Mosley, Sr., 56, of 3187 Comstock Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Sept. 17 by SSCENT on two felony counts of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture, and two felony counts of conspiracy to commit, controlled substance – delivery/manufacture 5-45 K of marijuana. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent; no contact with co-defendants.
Stephen Fairlamb
– Stephen Mikel Fairlamb, 19, of 4550 S. Darr Rd., Scottville, was arrested Sept. 22 by MCSO on three felony counts of assault with intent to murder, felonious assault and CSC, third degree (person 13-15). A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. Bail: $500,000/cash/surety; no contact with victim.
