Friday, April 25, 2025
- 1:17 a.m., Ludington Police Dept.: A 38-year-old Ludington man was arrested in the 900 block of East Tinkham Ave., City of Ludington, for possession of methamphetamine and two warrants, issued out of Newaygo County.
- 4:30 a.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO): Car/deer crash, no injuries, Darr Road south of Meisenheimer Rd., Eden Township.
- 9:27 a.m., MCSO: A 24-year-old Scottville man was arrested in the 3000 block of North Tuttle Rd., Sherman Township, for assault and a personal protection order violation.
- 10:39 a.m., MCSO: A 44-year-old Ionia man was cited following a traffic stop on US 10 west of Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township, for revoked operator’s license.
- 8:53 p.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 north of LaSalle Road, Grant Township.
Saturday, April 26, 2025
- 4:25 a.m., MCSO: A 24-year-old Fountain man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and carrying a concealed firearm (handgun) following a traffic stop.
- 8:30 a.m., MCSO: A 46-year-old Baldwin man was cited following a traffic stop at US 10 and Bean Road, Custer Township, for driving while license suspended.
- 8:17 p.m., MCSO: A 44-year-old Fountain man was arrested following a traffic stop in the 6600 block of East US 10, Branch Township, on a warrant arrest. He had two outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court. One from Lake County and one from Manistee County.
- 9:21 p.m., MCSO: A 46-year-old Chase woman was arrested at US 10 and Tyndall Road, Branch Township, for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from Mason County.
Sunday, April 27, 2025
- 7:17 a.m., MCSO: A 24-year-old Baldwin man received minor injuries following a one-vehicle rollover crash, First Street west of Tuttle Road, Custer Township.
- 8:03 a.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 freeway south of US 10, Amber Township.
- 4:33 p.m., MCSO: One-vehicle crash, Sweet Fire Tobacco, 5773 W. US 10, Pere Marquette Township. Vehicle reportedly crashed into the building. The driver then fled in the vehicle. The vehicle is described as a large dark colored SUV.
- 4:55 p.m., MCSO: Gas drive off, Scottville Shell, 101 N. Main St., City of Scottville, in the amount of $30.39.
