While in police custody, Anderson also appeared in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court Tuesday for a final pretrial on a pending charge of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. “Ms. Anderson is in jail on new serious charges,” said Prosecutor Hand during the hearing. “The allegations are extremely severe.”

Hand said Anderson has a lengthy criminal record including five prior felony convictions and five prior misdemeanors.

The prosecutor made a motion Tuesday requesting that Anderson’s bond be revoked, and Judge Susan K. Sniegowski granted the motion.

She is scheduled to appear for a preliminary exam in district court, May 7, at 1:30 p.m. Yates is scheduled for a preliminary exam, April 30. He remains lodged in the Mason County Jail on a $500,000 cash bond.
