SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central Middle School Drama Club will present “Circus Olympus” by Lindsay Price on Thursday, April 17 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. at A.O. Carlson Gymnasium at MCC High School.
The play, directed by Marissa Rodriguez, brings the spectacular world of the circus to the magical realm of Greek mythology. A circus of players reenact some favorite myths — Persephone in the Underworld, Perseus vs Medusa, and more.
Tickets are $5 per adult; $2 per senior citizen (ages 62 and over); $3 for students, ages 5 and over; children ages 4 and under are free. Theater attendees will also have the option to make a donation to help cover expenses of the production and future productions.
