LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Humphrey

– Jerry Preston Humphrey, 47; first-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 6; preliminary hearing: April 23; bail: $10,000 cash.

Somsel

– Blake Edward Somsel, 19; unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle; arrested March 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 4; preliminary hearing: April 23; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Fitch

– Daniel Michael Fitch, 44; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested March 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 4; preliminary hearing: April 23; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Gillis

– Michael John Gillis, 43; third-offense impaired driving and driving while license suspended; arrested April 4 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 4; preliminary hearing: April 23; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Moore

– Lillian May Moore, 23; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested April 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 6; preliminary hearing: April 23; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Fountain

– Gary Lee Fountain, 67; possession of a controlled substance —methamphetamine/ecstasy, two counts of possession of a controlled substance — narcotics/cocaine, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle with the presence of a controlled substance; arrested April 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 6; preliminary hearing: April 23; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Sellers

– Lana Christina Sellers, 34; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance — narcotics/cocaine; arrested April 9 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 9; preliminary hearing: April 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

  • Heather Ann Knopf, 35; five counts of truancy; date of offense: Feb. 10; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 14; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Kaylon James Wolf, Jr., 21; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 28; bail: $250 cash.
  • Dustyn Lee Nelson, 22; second-offense operating a vehicle with a high blood-alcohol content; arrested March 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 28; bail: $500 cash.
  • Cesar Herrera Toribio, 18; domestic violence; arrested April 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 5; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
  • Timmy Luray Delano, Jr., 35; improper license plates; date of offense: March 21; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 28; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Joseph Alan Geissinger, 28; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested March 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 14; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Laura May Jacobs, 72; scrap tire violation; date of offense: March 19; charged by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 14; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Scott Robert Donahue, 44; driving while license suspended; arrested March 17 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 14; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Robert Leon Reams, 46; motor carrier safety act violation and expired commercial registration; date of offense: March 18; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 14; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Michael Jeffery Yambrick, 51; driving a commercial vehicle without proper endorsement; date of offense: March 18; arraigned April 3; disposed on a guilty plea.
  • Timothy John Devers, 62; driving while license suspended; arrested March 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 3; pretrial: May 5; bail: personal recognizance.
  • Curt Douglas York, 54; second-offense driving while license suspended; arrested March 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 3; pretrial: April 28; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
