The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, April 9, 2025:
- 3 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 34-year-old Kalamazoo woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, which is suspected to be cocaine, 7000 block of South Montgomery Boulevard, Summit Township. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 8 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 35-year-old Ludington woman was cited for driving without insurance following a traffic stop near James and Foster streets, City of Ludington.
- 9:39 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 north of Townline, Road, Free Soil Township.
- 9:58 p.m., (MSP), a 20-year-old Ludington man was arrested on four failure to appear warrants, North Countyline Road near US 31, Grant Township. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 10:50 p.m., (LPD), a 29-year-old Onekama man was cited for driving while license revoked following a traffic stop, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
- 11:44 p.m., (MSP), a 64-year-old Scottville woman was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated, US 10 and Darr Road, Custer Township. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
