For Michigan Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding for Mason County Home Repair Program
Mason County will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the conference room at the Mason County Airport Terminal to allow citizens to examine and submit comments on the MI Neighborhood (MIN) 2.0 Community Block Development Grant (CDBG) funds.
Mason County proposes to use $200,000.00 in CDBG funds and $52,000 in local funds to perform Home Improvement Projects for low- to moderate-income households. Zero people will be displaced as a result of the proposed activities.

To inspect the documents, please contact Kaitlyn Szczypka at kszczypka@masoncounty.net or review at the Mason County Airport Terminal, 5300 W. US 10, Ludington, Michigan. Comments may be submitted in writing through April 14, 2025, or in person at the public hearing.
Mason County has successfully implemented a number of CDBG programs funded by the State.
Citizen comments on the proposed application are welcome.
