LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Humphrey
-John Alex Humphrey, II, 45; first-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 2; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $10,000 cash.
Moffett
-Adam Lee Moffett, 44; aggravated indecent exposure and indecent exposure; arrested March 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 3; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $5,000/10 percent. See related story.
Marsh
-Thomas Alexander Marsh, 52; third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor; arrested March 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 3; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $25,000/10 percent.
Wright
-Michael Ambros Wright, 39; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested March 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 4; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Smart
-Todd James Smart, 42; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested March 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 4; preliminary hearing: March 19; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Cormany
-Russell Ferris Cormany, 23; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and two counts of assault and battery; arrested March 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 5; preliminary hearing: March 26; bail: $500/10 percent.
Nash
-James Arthur Nash, 52; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), carrying a concealed weapon, transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle, and unlawful license plates; arrested March 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 5; preliminary hearing: March 26; bail: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Sirianna May Thurmond, 23; second degree retail fraud and breaking and entering; arrested Nov. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 4; pretrial: March 31; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Holly Marie Spalding, 49; false impersonation of a public officer; arrested Jan. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 27; pretrial: March 31; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Wilmer Eugene Miller, 49; driving while license suspended; arrested Feb. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 27; pretrial: March 31; bail: personal recognizance.
-Damon Lamont Morgan, 45; operating without a license; arrested Feb. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 27; pretrial: March 31; bail: personal recognizance.
-Andrew Herbert Witt, 39; operating without a license; arrested Feb. 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 27; pretrial: March 31; bail: personal recognizance.
