LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Lucas Edward Castonia, 38, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), must seek outpatient treatment, cannot buy/have/use alcohol or controlled substances, subject to random PBTs and drug tests, and $890 in fines/costs.
-William Wallace Feldman, 20, pleaded guilty to domestic violence and was sentenced to 45 days in jail, cannot buy/have/use alcohol or controlled substances, subject to random PBTs and drug tests, and $480 in fines/costs. A felony charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
