LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Ritchey
– Jeremiah Eathan Ritchey, 47, pleaded guilty Dec. 10 to larceny $1,000-$20,000 and receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000 or more and was sentenced Feb. 11 to one year and one day to 10 years in prison with credit for 145 days served in jail; $4,709.88 in restitution; and $266 in fines and costs.
Petry
– Keith Thomas Petry, 52, pleaded guilty Dec. 10 to failure to pay child support and received a delayed sentence Feb. 11 of 32 days in jail with credit for 32 days served; 11 months probation; and $658 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Jan. 11, 2026. A second count of failure to pay child support was dismissed.
Falls
– Tana Michael Falls, 47, pleaded guilty Dec. 10 to uttering and publishing and was sentenced Feb. 11 to 176 days in jail with credit for 176 days served; one year probation; $5,320 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs.
Kruisenga
– Jacob Thomas Kruisenga, 28, pleaded guilty Dec. 10 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Feb. 11 to five months in jail with credit for one day served and $398 in fines and costs.
Straub
– Tracy John Straub, 37, was found guilty by a jury of two counts of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and maintaining a drug house and was sentenced Feb. 11 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $534 in fines and costs.
