LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Bothwell
– David Duane Bothwell, 48, pleaded guilty Nov. 19, 2024 to a felony of tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether) and was sentenced Jan. 28, 2025 to 36 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 152 days served in jail and $273 in fines and costs. Bothwell’s court-ordered tether stems from a 2021 conviction of larceny by conversion $1,000-$20,000.

Thomas
– Mathew Robert Thomas, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 17, 2024 to a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Jan. 28, 2025 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; vehicle immobilization for one year; and $1,123 in fines and costs.

– Karin Ann Fackey, 39, pleaded guilty Nov. 19, 2024 to a felony of carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Jan. 28, 2025 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

– Roque Ramirez, 77, pleaded guilty Nov. 19, 2024 to a misdemeanor of stalking and was sentenced Jan. 28, 2025 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $325 in fines and costs. One felony count of aggravated stalking was dismissed.

– Jeffrey Clarence Rozell, 38, pleaded guilty Nov. 19, 2024 to a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and received a delayed sentence Jan. 28, 2025 of one year probation and $833 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Jan. 13, 2026 at 10 a.m. Typically, if defendants abide by the terms of their probation, they can plead to a reduced misdemeanor charge.

– Xzaevieon Leuntaeh Wilson, 25, pleaded guilty Nov. 19, 2024 to felony counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and conspiracy to commit delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Jan. 28, 2025 to complete the Special Alternative Incarceration program (boot camp); 166 days in jail with credit for 166 days served; two years probation; and $826 in fines and costs.
