LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Tristan James Coleson, 20, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of operating while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), must attend alcohol highway safety education, no drugs or alcohol, subject to random PBTs, must attend victim’s impact panel, and $790 in fines costs. The original charge of operating while intoxicated was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Chaderick Michael Stafaniak, 47, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree child abuse and operating a vehicle with the presence of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), must seek outpatient treatment, and $780 in fines/costs.
-Michael Todd Christison, 57, pleaded guilty to disorderly person urinating in public and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for time served and $225 in fines/costs.
-Michael Stevens Derosia, 21, pleaded guilty to second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to five days in jail, must seek outpatient treatment, and $780 in fines/costs. A charge of being a minor with a blood alcohol level of .02-.07 was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Richard Lee James, 54, pleaded guilty to second offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 365 days in jail.
