LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Peterson
– Austin Edward Peterson, 25, pleaded guilty Nov. 12, 2024 to one count of third-degree fleeing a police officer and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 21, 2025 to 30 months to 20 years in prison with credit for one day served in jail and $334 in fines and costs.
Swendrowski
– Matthew Michael Swendrowski, 26, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 12, 2024 to one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and one count of domestic violence and was sentenced to 10 months in jail with credit for 145 days served; three years probation; and $708 in fines and costs. One count of interfering with electronic communications was dismissed. Swendrowski received a concurrent term of 93 days in jail in that file, according to court records. In a separate file, he pleaded guilty Nov. 12, 2024 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 21, 2025 to a concurrent term of 10 months in jail with credit for 147 days served; three years probation; and $198 in fines and costs.
Clark
– Dustin Douglas Clark, 32, pleaded guilty Oct. 29, 2024 to first-degree retail fraud and was sentenced Jan. 21, 2025 to one year in jail with credit for five days served; 18 months probation; and $534 in fines and costs.
Blish
– Stephen Thomas Blish, 48, pleaded guilty Nov. 9, 2024 to third-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Jan. 21, 2025 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
